This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions for payment of services provided by SkillsWare ("us", "we", or "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to adhere to the following payment terms:

Pricing
All Prices are subject to change without Prior Notice. Price change will not be implemented for the confirmed booking or paid in advance.
Payment Due Date
Payment terms are 100% in advance not less than 10 working days prior to the course start date unless agreed-upon terms outlined in the service agreement or written contract.
Invoicing
Invoices for services rendered will be issued according to the agreed-upon terms outlined in the service agreement or contract.
Disputed Charges
If you believe there is an error or discrepancy in the charges on your invoice, please notify us in writing within 10 business days of receiving the invoice. We will investigate the matter promptly and provide a resolution.
Applicable Taxes
Prices quoted for services are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which will be added to the invoice as required by law. With/Without holding taxes are not included.
Refund Policy
Refunds are provided solely at the discretion of SkillsWare and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing at least 15 days prior to the scheduled service start date and will be subject to review.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of services must be made in writing at least 15 days prior to the scheduled service start date. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee. "No Shows" will be due for payment in full. However, substitute participants are accepted for the scheduled course.
Changes to our Payment Policy
SkillsWare reserves the right to update or modify this Payment Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website.
